Warranties and Returns
Once payment will have been affected by the customer and accepted by us processed and dispatched; the customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order but shall be obliged to accept delivery of the merchandise in order to return it.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, all merchandise returned should accompany in the original condition you received, manual, accessories, documentation, warranty card and Original packing. No physical damage or no burnt or no misused or no electrical damage or no warranty seal missing or no broken warranty seal product will be taken back.
Note: If you receive product with physical damage, or burnt or misused should be reported immediately with appropriate pictures/proof by completing the Warranty & returns form (Link). Any of these is found and not reported to us within twelve hours from the time of receipt shall not be considered. So, we request you to check all the products before accepting it from the respected delivery services.
Products & Services which do not have returns or refunds policy or may have partial refund.
- Products bought which are on sale or Special offers or Clearance
- To services which commenced with the customers consent, (either express or implied) prior to the expiry of the 30 day from purchase period
- Where the price of the products or services depends on fluctuation in financial markets beyond the control of www.kozmicsolutionz.co.za
- Where the products are personalized or made to the customers specifications or a special product or a special order
- Where the products are perishable or will expire rapidly
- Where the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned
- if audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if supplied other than in digital form, if the seal on the storage media is broken
- the sale of reading material in whatever form
- Software, Apps, Subscriptions, cables (unless they are faulty), ink cartridges and toner will not be taken back
- Printer’s if Box is opened and Ink cartridges are used will be taken back by deducting 50% restocking fees.
- Customer is liable to transport goods to Kozmic Solutionz warehouse and collect the goods when ready for delivery.
All warranties are as mentioned below in clause – 9. NO REPRESENTATIONS & EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
All warranties are return to base or manufacturers service centre which we will inform you where you should dispatch once we receive your claim for warranty.
And you are liable to collect is back from us. And pay all the shipping cost.
Any goods not collected within 30 days from the date of our notification for collection will be either destroyed or recycled. We will not be liable for it after 30days.

All goods will be returned for refund or replaced (under warranty) subject to manufacturer and/or KOZMIC SOLUTIONZ Terms & conditions and restrictions.
To initiate a return, please Should the transaction be cancelled by the customer with the consent of the supplier. Should have a Goods Return Number. As you get a GRN (Goods Return Number) you will be given the deadline of the date by which goods should reach the premises of KOZMICSOLUTIONZ or the respected supplier/ dealer/ importer/ trader. If the Item is not faulty the client shall not be entitled to a refund of the full amount paid by him but the supplier shall be entitled to retain an amount equal to 10% of the monies paid as administration charges. And customer shall bare the delivery charges from customers place to WWW.KOZMICSOLUTIONZ.CO.ZA . The money which are due to client will be paid in to customer’s bank account or as requested by the customer with in thirty working days from the receipt of goods.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges / Warranty repairs
After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
